FAQ's

Once your order is placed we send it to one of our fulfillment centers.  Once they are sent for fulfillment, they cannot be canceled, changed or redirected to another address. 

If you have not received your package within 14 days (US) or 40 days (international) please contact the carrier. Use the tracking information that was sent to you and file a form to trace your order. 

They will guide you through the process of trying to locate your missing package. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages.

All of our tees, hoodies and kids apparel are printed using Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. This process makes for an extremely comfortable print, as the ink is absorbed into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. Once you wash your garment for the first time, the ink will completely set into the fabric. 

All of our apparel contains cotton, and cotton will shrink.  Our cotton 100% cotton tees are preshrunk using an extensive process, but you can expect some additional shrinkage.  If you plan on washing/drying your garments frequently, our shirts may shrink between 3-5%. If you do not want your product to shrink -  we recommend washing in cold water and hang drying them only.
